Shipping will be via a third party provider or by our own delivery service and will be determined depending on availability.

Delivery is stated as being 14 working days however we reserve the right to deliver outside of these estimated time frames due to circumstances such as failure to make consistent payments, restrictions enforced which are out of control and including stock availability.

There will be no refund or compensation due should we fail to deliver in the stated time frames.

Customers will be informed via their preferred contact method when delivery will take place and it is their responsibility to be available to accept delivery. If a confirmed delivery fails due to non-availability there may be charges incurred for any re delivery.

Customers who take the in house credit facility will be expected to pay a 10% deposit upfront and set up recurring payment method to pay the remaining rental balance this can be weekly or monthly.

We can only deliver to UK mainland only. Isle of Wight and Jersey are not applicable. You may have the sofa delivered to a UK address however you must confirm the sofa/s are accepted before any further shipping you may arrange to Isle of Wight or Jersey.
